Can I switch or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. If you switch plans, changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. There are no long-term contracts.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Is my data safe with TrixiStitches?
Your pattern files stay in your browser. Provider tokens are encrypted on our server. We never sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your patterns and reading progress remain accessible. You lose access to Pro and Ultimate features (size highlighting, sync, Pattern Worksheet, etc.) but your data is not deleted. You can re-subscribe anytime to regain access.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Just email us.
